Jermine D. Alberty, BSB/M, M. Div,  is the Principal Consultant and Owner of SALT Initiative. All services provided by SALT Initiative are overseen and directed by Mr. Alberty, a proven leader, and executive with over 20 years of experience serving a variety of nonprofit, for-profit, city governments and universities. He possesses the knowledge and expertise needed to assist your organization.
